He started as Administrator and became Chief Executive Officer after Luther Manor purchased the land that now makes up the Residences in Asbury. Mark and the board of directors at Luther Manor have worked hard planning the purpose for the Asbury property. After much work and discussion The Residences At Asbury concept was developed. Joanne is the Director of Marketing & Sales for the Residences At Asbury. She comes to Luther Manor with a degree in Marketing from Loras College, 19 years sales experience, and a real estate background. She has lived in Dubuque most of her life and knows the Tri-State area & our community well. She is very community minded and has volunteered with many organizations because she has a genuine concern for people. Marty Johnson is owner of Straka Johnson Architects, PC, Dubuque, Iowa, a 12-person architectural firm. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and is a registered architect in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. He has been a practicing designer and project director for over 30 years on a variety of different projects. His experience includes programming, site studies, building designs, specifications, interior space planning and construction administration. |
